I met him when I visited a house on my own initiative. He was the sales agent of that house. Even though he was representing his client who wanted to sell the house for as high a price as possible, he gave me not only a professional explanation but also his sincere opinion and advice. After two years, when I decided to restart my house hunt - this time through a buying agent - and look for a trustworthy buying agent, I immediately remembered him. There is no doubt that he is a very good agent: honest, enthusiastic, transparent, patient, always considering things from my perspective, and his knowledge and professionalism are reliable. It seems that other real estate agents in Leiden feel the same way about him. His colleagues are also supportive and professional. He took quite some time to explain how the whole process works, how the market has been moving, and discussed what my expectations were. And every time I sent him a message, he advised me clearly but left room for me to think for myself. If it was urgent, he was on duty until late in the evening. I definitely recommend him and his colleagues to my friends. Buying a house is a very big event in my life, and I am very happy to have worked with him.
