A flawless process. Mark loves his job and sets high standards for himself: he has researched more than I had expected; during an inspection, he sees more than what I as an architect see and is very critical. Because he himself also appraises, he could accurately assess the value of properties in my opinion, which allowed us to bid confidently. If I have to mention a downside: Mark has strong opinions about what is suitable and unsuitable, and about quality - which is the other side of the coin of his strong characteristics. We ourselves were on a more lenient line. He could nevertheless deal with that well.
