Mark van Hoekstra and Van Eck helped us with the purchase of two homes and the sale of one. In all cases, he was extremely professional, reliable, and involved throughout the entire process. He advised us on evaluating which home would best suit us, provided clear insight into the condition and value of the houses, and handled all communication with the sellers. His negotiation skills are excellent – we are very satisfied with the results. He also arranged for a structural inspection and managed to negotiate that the sellers carry out some repairs based on the inspection. We will definitely work with Mark again in the future and warmly recommend him to anyone looking for an expert and dedicated real estate agent.
