We just moved into our very first house that Mark helped us buy. Absolute recommend hiring Mark as the buying agent. He is very informative, always present, effective at communication, and provides excellent opinions/advice. Because of him, we succeeded at the very first offer we placed. It is also not because he advised us to over-bid; on the contrary, he often advised us to offer a bit lower than what we originally thought, despite that over-bidding will definitely improve our chance and his chance to get the commission. We are super happy for the whole process with Mark and also the assistance from the office. Highly recommend.

Due to circumstances, we were assigned a different real estate agent (Evelien), and thanks to quick switching, the sales process went very well. In an overheated market, this agent does not go along with the hype and did not let herself be swayed by it. The contact was excellent; we could email, call, or whatsapp at any time and would almost immediately receive a response. Our house was sold for a good value!

So grateful for the help of the lovely Evelien van der Zalm in selling our house. Everything went very smoothly, she and her colleagues were always super friendly and available to answer any questions and provide clear and in-depth information, and our house sold quickly to a very sweet family. Very friendly, helpful and professional team. I have dealt with them multiple times. Highly recommendable. Also very involved in offering our home for sale. During the sales process, my father passed away. The Hoekstra and van Eck (no relation) team from Leiden took over all care during this difficult time. Very empathetic, considerate and especially helpful. This gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Also excellent in the sales process, handling offers and sales advice (price, terms) by the team (Mark, Evelien, and Rose) was very professional. Picked up on everything. Class act, definitely recommend this real estate agent to take on as your advisor. No nonsense, just good, driven, and very customer-oriented.
