Of course, many people will say they are really good, but Marc and Evelien have truly done excellent work. Also towards interested buyers, this is how we understood it from them and to us. We had a houseboat, and that's really a different kettle of fish as they say, and they already have a lot of experience with stone houses and scored high there too, but now also more with houseboats.
