Hoekstra and van Eck assisted us with both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one, and it was an excellent experience in both cases. The prices for their services were better than those offered by all other real estate agents we contacted, and to top it off, Mark (who was handling our case) gave us a great impression from our first meeting. He has always been available, helpful, and kind, and it has been amazing to have his support during this process. I can only fully recommend Hoekstra and Van Eck for either the purchase or sale of a house!

A flawless process. Mark loves his job and sets high standards for himself: he has researched more than I had expected; during an inspection, he sees more than what I as an architect see and is very critical. Because he himself also appraises, he could accurately assess the value of properties in my opinion, which allowed us to bid confidently. If I have to mention a downside: Mark has strong opinions about what is suitable and unsuitable, and about quality - which is the other side of the coin of his strong characteristics. We ourselves were on a more lenient line. He could nevertheless deal with that well.
