Our broker was always responsive, helpful, professional, available to reply to any of our questions and clear in the explanations. He acted as an intermediary with the seller's broker and helped us arrange all we needed. All the paperwork was prepared promptly and the purchase contract was checked carefully before we signed it.

Hoekstra and van Eck assisted us with both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one, and it was an excellent experience in both cases. The prices for their services were better than those offered by all other real estate agents we contacted, and to top it off, Mark (who was handling our case) gave us a great impression from our first meeting. He has always been available, helpful, and kind, and it has been amazing to have his support during this process. I can only fully recommend Hoekstra and Van Eck for either the purchase or sale of a house!
