Good real estate team with a lot of ready knowledge and understanding of the local market. Does not play it too safe but nicely seeks balance. The asking price was 40k above the average of five other agents. It wasn't the highest by any means, though.

I bought this house with Hoekstra and van Eck. I was helped immensely at that time. I had little knowledge or experience. They gave good and honest advice, and they wanted to answer every question I asked. This made me decide to sell the house through them a number of years later. I got another real estate agent, but she was just as pleasant as her predecessor. Quick, open, honest and professional. The process had a number of hiccups. She always advised what would be best for me. She took my doubts and concerns seriously, and she smoothed out all the hiccups. With a nice profit as a visible result of all her efforts.
