We just moved in to our very first house that Mark helped us buying. Absolute recommend hiring Mark as the buying agent. He is very informative, always present, effective at communication, and provides excellent opinions/advice. Because of him, we succeeded at the very first offer we placed. It is also not because he advised us to over-bid; on the contrary, he often advised us to offer a bit lower than what we originally thought, despite that over-bidding will definitely improve our chance and his chance to get the commission. We are super happy for the whole process with Mark and also the assistance from the office. Highly recommend.
