ouch! This was not easy and took away the desire to 'sell the house'. Nice 'real estate promises' but agreements are not kept, unreachable by phone, no response to emails, days go by. It is stated that the lack of communication is worrying. The laconic reaction to this is a pity. We understand that Paul has to be away for a long weekend, we do not understand why we then hear for three days 'he is out with appointments and will call you back shortly'. After three weeks finally the standard contract full of errors, the costs are (small print) 30% higher than agreed. Three weeks lost and no progress made, oh yes, Mr. Paul goes to Canada in four days' time for three weeks. We wish him much pleasure and reflection. Not how you deal with people, Mr. Paul. The next real estate agent who showed up on Monday and then simply put everything on Funda (Dutch property website) on Saturday. So there really are faster real estate agents in Lelystad.
