Very satisfied with Buisman Real Estate! From the very first moment, I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Buisman Makelaars. It started with an exploratory visit to the property, followed by a pleasant introductory meeting with Paul. He painted a realistic picture of the market and the situation surrounding the sale, which turned out to be completely accurate in hindsight. Since the house was sold while it was rented out, the photo report was somewhat more challenging than usual. Nevertheless, this was excellently resolved: Paul and the photographer were extremely helpful and paid close attention to details to capture the property as accurately as possible. They thought along with us on-site to ensure everything was represented well in pictures. After listing it on Funda, things moved quickly: within a short time there was an open house with several interested parties, and a week later came a second round of viewings. From the offers that emerged, we could choose. What also stood out was that the buyers shared some background information about themselves, which made it easier and more comfortable for us to make a choice. Throughout the entire process, Paul and Patrick kept us well informed. At every viewing but also during the bidding process, they were professional, clear, and pleasant in communication. The support in choosing the buyer was valuable and done with care. The whole process has run smoothly and professionally. Also, the office staff were very helpful with questions about documents that needed to be submitted. As a customer, I felt heard, guided, and fully taken care of.
