Without our realtor, this would not have been possible. Very nice what they did for us. The negotiations were not easy, but our realtor managed it in such a way that we didn't give up or overpay. When looking at the house, the extra eyes were welcome; the knowledge that we lacked was present with her, which allowed us to quickly understand what might still be wrong with the house.
