Before I signed the exclusive agreement, he was always available for me and called me extensively. After that, the real estate agents were no longer reachable; I only spoke with their secretary. They had posted ugly photos on Funda in the wrong order and the description did not match either. I had the secretary change these. Ultimately, they did nothing to facilitate the sale. Not even reviewing various offers. For this reason, I had to hire a financial advisor. After I signed the exclusive agreement, they no longer contacted me and were unreachable, unable to provide any information.
