Before I signed the exclusive agreement, he was always available for me and called me extensively. After that, the real estate agents were no longer reachable; I only spoke with their secretary. They had posted ugly photos on Funda in the wrong order and the description did not match either. I had the secretary change these. Ultimately, they did nothing to facilitate the sale. Not even reviewing various offers. For this reason, I had to hire a financial advisor. After I signed the exclusive agreement, they no longer contacted me and were unreachable, unable to provide any information.

Immediately felt good at the first meeting with Patrick Buisman, informal which we like and good knowledge of the market. We were well and quickly helped by both the realtor and the people in the office when we had questions. We were kept up to date everywhere and received everything confirmed both by phone and email.
