Cooperation with this person is difficult. He calls late to inform that he will be late for the appointment, which complicates appointments and planning. Additionally, he does not bring paperwork or substantiation but bases everything solely on his own experiences. In conversations, he surprisingly often agrees with everything without clear personal input or critical perspective. Regularly, he emphasizes how strongly I remind him of himself, which sometimes is more of a distraction than an addition to the work. Overall, it seems that he relies more on his charm and presence than on actually delivering substantive work.

Zeer tevreden over Buisman Makelaars! Vanaf het eerste moment ben ik ontzettend tevreden over de dienstverlening van Buisman Makelaars. Het begon met een verkennend bezoek aan de woning, gevolgd door een prettig kennismakingsgesprek met Paul. Hij schetste daarin een realistisch beeld van de markt en de situatie rondom de verkoop, wat achteraf ook volledig klopte. Omdat de woning in verhuurde staat werd verkocht, was de fotoreportage wat uitdagender dan normaal. Toch werd dit uitstekend opgelost: Paul en de fotograaf waren enorm behulpzaam en besteedden veel aandacht aan details om de woning zo goed mogelijk vast te leggen. Er werd ter plekke meegedacht om alles representatief in beeld te brengen. Na plaatsing op Funda ging het snel: binnen korte tijd was er een kijkdag met meerdere geïnteresseerden, en een week later volgde al een tweede ronde. Uit de biedingen die daaruit voortkwamen, konden we kiezen. Wat ook opviel, was dat de kopers een stukje achtergrond over zichzelf meegaven, wat het voor ons makkelijker en vertrouwder maakte om een keuze te maken. Gedurende het hele traject hielden Paul en Patrick ons goed op de hoogte. Bij elke bezichtiging, maar ook tijdens het biedingsproces, waren zij professioneel, duidelijk en prettig in de communicatie. De ondersteuning bij het kiezen van de koper was waardevol en werd met zorg gedaan. Het hele proces is soepel en professioneel verlopen. Ook de kantoor medewerkers waren zeer behulpzaam bij vragen over de stukken die aangeleverd moesten worden. Als klant voelde ik me gehoord, begeleid en volledig ontzorgd. Ik kan Buisman Makelaars dan ook van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die zijn woning wil verkopen in Lelystad en omgeving. – Sebastiaan Duijvestijn
