They give their honest opinion and are critical when looking at the property, which we found very reassuring. And what is especially pleasant is that they explain everything to you. Cooperation with this person is difficult. He calls late to inform that he will be late for the appointment, which complicates appointments and planning. Additionally, he does not bring paperwork or substantiation but bases everything solely on his own experiences. In conversations, he surprisingly often agrees with everything without clear personal input or critical perspective. Regularly, he emphasizes how strongly I remind him of himself, which sometimes is more of a distraction than an addition to the work. Overall, it seems that he relies more on his charm and presence than on actually delivering substantive work.
