Very satisfied with Buisman Real Estate! From the first moment, I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Buisman Real Estate. It started with an exploratory visit to the home, followed by a pleasant introductory meeting with Paul. He painted a realistic picture of the market and the situation surrounding the sale, which turned out to be completely accurate in hindsight. Since the property was being sold while it was rented out, the photo report was somewhat more challenging than usual. Nevertheless, this was excellently resolved: Paul and the photographer were incredibly helpful and paid close attention to details to capture the home as accurately as possible. On-site suggestions were made to ensure everything was represented well in the photos. After listing on Funda, things moved quickly: within a short time there was an open house with several interested parties, and a week later came a second round of viewings. From the offers that emerged, we could choose. What also stood out was that the buyers shared some background about themselves, which made it easier and more comfortable for us to make a choice. Throughout the entire process, Paul and Patrick kept us well informed. At each viewing, but also during the bidding process, they were professional, clear, and pleasant in communication. The support in choosing the buyer was valuable and done with care. The whole process went smoothly and professionally. Even the office staff were very helpful with questions about documents that needed to be submitted. As a customer, I felt heard, guided, and fully taken care of.
