The process went very smoothly. The staff at the office were always willing to explain how such matters proceed. Also, the use of 'Move' to track the process once bids have been made was explained to us by them in a great way. The realtor we had the most dealings with is an expert with a sense of humor and situational awareness. Someone you know you can rely on.

Dankzij Patrick en zijn team heb ik mijn huis mogen verkopen met een lastige casus. Patrick bleef doorzetten om me te helpen. Het was niet makkelijk maar hij kan een uitdaging aan. Ik zie dat hij veel plezier heeft in zijn werk. Het is een echte professionele business man. Dankzij Pat en z'n team ben ik netjes begeleid door het proces. Ik wil hun bedanken voor alle hulp en voor de snelle afhandeling. Het ging allemaal vrij vlot eigelijk! Alles netjes geregeld, alle documenten in een mooi programma en tekenen voor een overeenkomst gaat echt super soepel via een systeem. Voor hen misschien wat werk maar voor de verkoper en koper bijna geen moeite. Heel soepel en super geholpen. Mijn vriend is ook super blij met Pat! Bedankt Patrick en jouw team!
