This is already the third house that we are selling through this real estate agent and once again our house was sold after the first viewing by potential buyers. They have a good understanding of the market and know exactly what price to ask for the property. Not too much, but obviously not too little either. We do not plan on moving again, but if necessary we will definitely come back to this real estate agent first!
