Due to divorce and the sale of my old house, I was looking for a new home. On Funda, I saw my dream house... and it seemed affordable. Scheduling a viewing was still possible (I was the last one). The house was good... Oops, I didn't have a purchase real estate agent yet and I really wanted to buy the house. I contacted Nicoline from Juist Makelaars via various channels. She had time and understood the situation; she communicated clearly and quickly! I was stressed... so many houses were not for sale... (especially not within my search profile, and deadline...) But Nicoline remained calm, as if she had everything under control.
