Not qualified, rude, many errors in the report

"Dear Nick, we're sorry to hear you are not satisfied. It's also regrettable that your company did not respond to our invitation to come to our office to explain how a validated report is created. Furthermore, it's regrettable that you only reacted with the remark that no order was issued after our demand for payment had already been sent. After we received the digitally signed order from you, we heard nothing more. Unfortunately, this meant that we had to hand the case over to Incassonet. We regret that there was no response to our initial email, nor to the reminder, nor to the demand for payment."
