During one of those viewings, he tipped us off about a house in Zeewolde that perfectly matched our wishes. Ramon immediately arranged another viewing, professionally guided us through the negotiations and managed to purchase the house at a sharp price. Total fiasco. Should give him 0 stars. Instead of approaching Ramon, you'd better approach a vegetable vendor to sell your house. Ramon totally ignores communication and has no problem telling lies and not keeping appointments. Definitely no expertise. Do not go into business with him and do not waste your time!!

Unfortunately, we chose Ramon Klaasen from WT Wonen (Welkom Thuis Wonen) as our real estate agent and we have huge regrets about it! Ramon makes beautiful promises but never follows through with his appointments! The only thing he can sell are empty words to us, until you sign the contract, after that you can forget him! Because calling back or responding to messages is something completely foreign to him! He has made sure that his credibility and reliability have been severely damaged! Thank you for the poor service, dear Ramon!

A bid made on Gondel 18-40, after 14 days and many calls with the seller (wt wonen), you are dismissed with an incoherent story, heavily disappointed to hear that someone who offered more has been chosen. This despite WT wonen themselves passing on the offers to the selling party. For 14 days unable to look at other properties because after 3 days a bid is made and then nothing is heard for 14 days. The communication is nowhere to be found.

Awesome! The expertise and market knowledge are very good. Impression of being involved and reliable. Only occasionally difficult to reach when the realtor has viewings/appointments, but always calls or emails back when possible.
