In the early years of sales, there were occasional viewings for which we never received an update. When Eddy van de Loo took over the sale, there were regular viewings and updates every time. He negotiated well with the buyer during the sale. So that's great. A minor drawback: I had the impression that he hadn't even looked at the file of my property at the moment of sale and therefore didn't know that some papers (including a split deed and the final energy label) were missing. However, his involvement did result in a good selling price
