The contact went very well, right from the start. They quickly responded to our request to sell our house. Their approach is professional and customer-friendly. There is good and clear communication, and we received extensive advice and answers to all of our questions. Contact with the real estate agent went well and smoothly. Through various media, we could maintain contact quickly and safely. We were promptly and well informed about developments regarding viewings and other matters. Perhaps at the beginning we were a bit too optimistic concerning the price. The viewings hardly got off the ground. After a price reduction, the house was sold quickly (within a week).
