Contact with Erik went very well; you get quick responses to your questions. He thinks along and has plenty of ideas. Also, he's quick on the spot when necessary, which is quite pleasant. He's a good negotiator, calmly and expertly guiding both buyer and seller towards a successful outcome. That the sale took long and sometimes didn't go as planned isn't directly his fault! The fact that he now also steps in to mediate and help complete one last job before delivery is even more impressive..

The contact went very well, right from the start. They quickly responded to our request to sell our house. Their approach is professional and customer-friendly. There is good and clear communication, and we received extensive advice and answers to all of our questions.
