In the early years of sales, there were occasional viewings for which we never received an update. When Eddy van de Loo took over the sale, there were regular viewings and updates every time. He negotiated well with the buyer during the sale. So that's great. A minor drawback: I had the impression that he hadn't even looked at the file of my property at the moment of sale and therefore didn't know that some papers (including a split deed and the final energy label) were missing. However, his involvement did result in a good selling price

Er moesten teveel zaken door ons nog zelf geregeld worden terwijl de makelaar expliciet had aangegeven (toen wij overgingen tot het tekenen van de opdrachtverstrekking) dat hun alles zouden regelen met betrekking aanvragen, keuringen e.d. Dit was van belang daar de Belgische wet en regelgeving m.b.t verkopen van een huis ons niet bekend was. We moesten ook teveel het proces monitoren.
