Marcel Overhof is as a real estate agent truly recommended. He is very enthusiastic; for me, he took on the role of a sales agent. Marcel runs his own agency, so communication lines are short and everything is transparent. He keeps 100% to his appointments. What was special was that he reacts quickly, even during weekends and holidays. His market/financial knowledge and expertise in his field are certainly there; he has creative solutions for both buyers and sellers.
