Marcel was the first to respond to my request on Trustoo and the only one during carnival. This started a process that can best be described as extremely efficient yet very pleasant and relaxed. At that time, I had no idea where I wanted to live. By working with the search program Copaan, it quickly became clear to Marcel and me what I valued in a home and where I wanted to live, allowing my search area, which initially covered Roermond, Sittard and Maastricht, to be narrowed down within a few weeks to a specific neighborhood in Maastricht. And I found my ideal place within the shortest time! Marcel's contribution was significant without exerting any pressure. He knows the market very well and always provided essential information. Once the property was found, he conducted the negotiations in such a way that my offer, including contingent conditions, could immediately be accepted by the selling party. Far from being a sinecure! His extensive network and good relationship with the selling real estate agent certainly played a role here. Marcel is very good at identifying pain points and is solution-oriented. Moreover, he simply has a realistic view of the matter. All this, combined with the absence of a 9-to-5 mentality, has provided me with a great home in a location where I feel at home and where I will be pleased to live. Overall, it was a pleasant journey from the first acquaintance to and including the final inspection and handover of the property. Marcel, thank you very much!
