We had been looking for a house for some time but unfortunately without success. Then Marcel was recommended to us as a real estate agent and we hired him to support us in our search. Marcel is very friendly, strong in communication and knowledgeable. With him as our real estate agent, we were able to purchase our dream home relatively quickly. Since we were very satisfied with Marcel, we also asked him to sell our house. He presented the property beautifully, resulting in several good offers that exceeded our expectations. Therefore, we can recommend Marcel to everyone, both as a buyer's agent and seller's agent.
