Mijn vrouw en ik zijn ontzettend blij dat we Marcel Overhof als onze aankoopmakelaar hebben gekozen. We vonden ons droomhuis en wilden aanvankelijk alleen advies inwinnen voor een biedingsrapport. Maar na een kort en verhelderend gesprek op dinsdag wisten we dat Marcel de juiste persoon was om ons te begeleiden in het gehele proces. Zijn gedrevenheid, passie, diepgaande kennis en persoonlijke touch spraken ons direct aan.Nog diezelfde week organiseerde Marcel een tweede bezichtiging en op vrijdag hielp hij ons met het plaatsen van een bod. At that time, I had no idea where I wanted to live. By working with the search program Copaan, it quickly became clear to Marcel and me what I valued in a home and where I wanted to live, allowing my search area, which initially covered Roermond, Sittard and Maastricht, to be narrowed down within a few weeks to a specific neighborhood in Maastricht.
