A very unprofessional place. They lied about the landlord being the one who decides who gets a rental apartment, but in reality it's them who decide. After keeping us in the dark for 2 months, they signed a contract that the landlord ultimately had no knowledge of and was also not happy with their service. The landlord also confirmed that he knew nothing about us (because according to them we had to write a motivation letter about ourselves to the landlord). The viewing day went quickly and they did not inform properly. I can recommend them to no one.
