Our house was sold in July 2023 thanks to Marijke's professionalism within two weeks. From the first contact moment until the delivery to the buyers, everything went perfectly. I could always call or message with questions and received quick responses. When I look for an estate agent again, I will definitely choose Pooters. Go on like this, Marijke! 👍

At first glance, everything seems fine, however as time progresses you realize what an absolute mess it is inside this company. Not keeping agreements, not refunding deposits. You do expect some service, however it turns out they have absolutely no interest in satisfying their customers. The communication is downright terrible - they respond slowly to emails and when you try to call them, you always get voicemail. It's as if they're trying to hide the fact that they have no idea what they are doing. The most frustrating part is that they take absolutely no responsibility for their mistakes. We have tried multiple times to confront them about the problems, but they brushed everything off and blamed us for the situation. They seem only interested in collecting money without any regard for the quality of their services. I cannot recommend this real estate agency to anyone looking for a reliable and professional partner when buying or renting a home. They have ruined our experience and cost us much time, money, and stress. If I could, I would gladly give them a negative score of -5 stars. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. There are certainly better and more trustworthy options out there.

A very unprofessional place. They lied about the landlord being the one who decides who gets a rental apartment, but in reality it's them who decide. After keeping us in the dark for 2 months, they signed a contract that the landlord ultimately had no knowledge of and was also not happy with their service. The landlord also confirmed that he knew nothing about us (because according to them we had to write a motivation letter about ourselves to the landlord). The viewing day went quickly and they did not inform properly. I can recommend them to no one.

Great, Marijke thanks for everything 👍👍👍Definitely recommend for selling your home. Expert layout, professional photos, pictures exactly as they are, can only say top work from Pooters real estate. Good communication, everything neatly taken care of, big thumbs up. Can't mention any negative points except that I have to write 100 letters here then. I've summarized it briefly but am very satisfied with Pooters real estate.
