Ik werd ook helaas teleurgesteld omdat we in eerste instantie gefeliciteerd werden met een huis, vervolgens ging het niet door en was het gewoon pech. Geen enkel excuus of meedenken. Gewoon afgewimpeld. Keer daarna nog eens een bod gedaan en na lang wachten zelf maar contact opgenomen. Ik zou worden teruggebeld maar nooit meer iets gehoord. Inmiddels een prachtig huis gekocht via een andere makelaar.

Het verloop met de makelaar liep heel goed. Ze wisten heel goed hoe de marktwaarde is en adviseerde ons ook heel goed. Wij dachten zelf dat het allemaal in deze tijd niet zo snel zou gaan maar niks is minder waar. We werden ook goed op de hoogte gehouden na de bezichtigingen. Ook met de administratie die erbij komt kijken ons goed geholpen. Dus zeker een aanrader
