The agency is very professional. Actually, it is the only one in Maastricht that has responded to all our emails and requests from all other agencies we have contacted. They always reply within a very short time and provide all necessary information. We are very pleased with their service and all their help in finding a room for my daughter. Especially since it was not easy for us to find a room that was not in Maastricht but found online, so we greatly appreciate their help, professionalism, accuracy, reliability, and persistence. We also value the fact that they did not stop providing their service even after the accommodation was found and are available for us if there are any questions. It worked great. It was also possible to view other flats on short notice. Ultimately, I had a choice between several flats. Excellent service. The real estate agent, Casper, was friendly and always ready to answer my questions and help me with anything related to the rented property. The deposit was refunded a few days after my check-out. I would definitely recommend RTZN to anyone who wants to jump through the hoops of the Maastricht housing market.
