We sincerely advise this real estate agent! The contact with the agent is really great. Very reachable. Quick response to questions. Nothing is too much, they are truly ready for you. They give good advice and fine service. They do their utmost to sell your house well, which they did in our case. They are also open to ideas from the seller and think along with them. They do provide tips but are not overly demanding about the actions we need to take to present the house well. Some real estate agents want you to completely renovate your entire house to make it look perfect. We don't find this realistic because our house is as it is. Buyers will always repaint and renovate according to their own taste anyway. They handle everything neatly. We are simply super satisfied with ASA Real Estate! Customer-friendly, expertise, experienced in good sales, and pleasant calm employees. In short, an absolute recommendation for ASA Real Estate!!

Nadat de voicemail was ingesproken voor een afspraak tot bezichtiging direct teruggebeld ( binnen 1 minuut). Boodschap: we hebben de plek al ingevuld...bel dan niet...

Helaas slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf. Hier zal ik zeker geen woning meer proberen te kopen en al zeker niet te koop zetten. Makkelijk verdienen lijkt het motto en gemaakte afspraken doen er niet toe. Erg on-professioneel. De gewenste woning aan ons toegezegd maar na het laten vervallen van alle voorwaardes en het maken van afspraken die nodig zijn met de financiële man gewoon aan een ander verkopen en alle afspraken de prullenbak ingooien . Valt voor mij onder het motto koehandel. Zeker niet te vroeg juichen als er een woning toegezegd is want de kans is groot dat ie aan je neus voorbij gaat .
