Real estate agent Wilfred Hemme has helped me fantastically with the purchase of my new home. Moving from the Randstad to Drenthe is difficult if you don't know the area well. Wilfred excellently informed me about the possibilities that different villages and parts of Drenthe offer. This made it so I only had to tell him what kind of situation I wanted to end up in, after which concrete suggestions were given for houses to view. This contact always proceeded in great cooperation; low-threshold in consultation and no question was too silly. During viewings you want someone like Wilfred by your side; he asks the right questions and shows evidence of research, both on the house and comparable houses in the area. The bidding process is a stressful affair, but Wilfred gave confidence that everything would be alright by radiating calmness. And it did!
