We invited several real estate agents for a meeting and Wilfred Hemme was exactly what we were looking for; very well prepared, competent, experienced, and straightforward. No slick marketing talk or empty promises. And, not unimportantly, a good dose of humor; selling a house can sometimes be stressful enough as it is. The contact went very smoothly. A WhatsApp group was created with the real estate agent, in which my girlfriend and I are members. Together we discussed several houses and went through the entire process. No question was too much, no viewing was too much. Tasks that we had were already completed, or it had been thought about and this was immediately explained to us. Wilfred Hemme is a proactive real estate agent who takes you through the whole process with him. He thinks along with you, he advises, and he also tells you honestly whether something is or isn't sensible. Yes, it costs a lot of money, but it's really more than worth every penny.
