The contact went very smoothly. A WhatsApp group was created with the real estate agent, in which my girlfriend and I are members. Together we discussed several houses and went through the entire process. No question was too much, no viewing was too much. Tasks that we had were already completed, or it had been thought about and this was immediately explained to us. Wilfred Hemme is a proactive real estate agent who takes you through the whole process with him. He thinks along with you, he advises, and he also tells you honestly whether something is or isn't sensible. Yes, it costs a lot of money, but it's really more than worth every penny.

No question is too much. Personal attention is taken to the next level by Wilfred. I started my search three years ago as a single person looking for a house to buy. After countless viewings and rejections, I sought out a purchasing agent. I eventually ended up with Wilfred. Two weeks after our first contact, an offer on my dream home was accepted. At the time of writing, only 1.1% of singles in the Netherlands (source: Nu.nl) manage to purchase a property. Thanks to Wilfred, I am part of that 1.1% of singles who have bought a house.
