I still have a critical point though. I didn't like that it took so long for the 'for sale' sign to appear at the house and that it also took so long before there was a 'sold' sign. There wasn't actually any such sign, but there was some kind of advertisement for you instead. Otherwise, the contact was very quick. Only accessing the website didn't work 123. The explanations and viewings were all correct and fine.

Since the buyer needed a bit more time to finalize the financing, it indeed did take some time before your property was finally sold, and that's the moment to adjust the sign.
