The communication went smoothly and relaxed. We had new construction plans, so an indication of the price of our current home was needed. This was quickly and easily arranged, for example via WhatsApp. This real estate agent loves houses and is also very interested in our new construction plans. After seeing the first drawings, we were invited to view several homes (of the agent's acquaintances) to gather ideas. They don't have to do this, but it shows their passion for the profession. WhatsApp contact continued during the design phase we were in. When we later needed an official appraisal and sales agent, that was also quickly and smoothly arranged.

The biggest advantage is the fact that you can simply have informal 'WhatsApp contact'. Even in the evening hours when the real estate office has long been closed, but you're sitting on the couch with a burning question... in most cases you can expect a response from her an hour later. Hup & Fidom real estate feels more like a good friend/friend who you occasionally 'message' and just so happens to sell your home for you. Instead of such a stiff, old-fashioned realtor.
