It is clear from everything that this real estate agent has an enormous amount of experience and valuable knowledge about the rapidly changing housing market. He/she worked 100% for us. Helaas dramatische ervaring met Skender. Ik heb contact opgenomen dat ik hulp wilde met het bepalen van een goed bod voor een huis, omdat ik natuurlijk een bod wil doen dat in verhouding staat tot het huis. Uiteindelijk tot een bod gekomen dat tienduizenden euro's boven de taxatiewaarde en boven andere biedingen ligt. Daar kom je dan natuurlijk later pas achter. Ik heb geen verstand van huizenprijzen dus had dus daarom had ik juist een aankoopmakelaar ingeschakeld. Dusja teveel vertrouwen gehad. Maar helaas Skender heeft 0 reflectievermogen en verantwoordelijkheid getoond in deze en wil vooral dat zijn factuur voldaan wordt.

Bij de koop van het huis zat Remco van Sterk! Makelaars. Fijne vent.Met de verkoop, nu 2 jaar later omdat we een woning met tuin wilde, heeft hij ons weer top geholpen met de verkoop van het appartement. Goed advies en alles snel geregeld!
