Excellent real estate agent (M. de Vries): expert knowledge, good market understanding, decent communication and acceptable fees. Focused on speed (and not necessarily on maximizing the selling price... and that's where it gets a bit tricky; those last 10-20 thousand euros are most interesting to me as the seller, but they yield the agent only around 100-200 euros).
