There is really a difference between real estate agencies. After six months of struggling with the Nijmegen office Beaufort, we switched to Driessen Makelaardij in October 2022. There, they clearly understand that times have changed and that expertise, commitment, and thoroughness are needed to actually sell a house. And those qualities are present at Driessen. Everything was spot on: a realistic asking price coupled with a well-thought-out presentation via Funda and the appropriate (social) media. The real estate agents are professional, enthusiastic about the properties in their portfolio, and genuinely contact potential buyers. The back office is extraordinarily alert and accurate. The entire sales process went smoothly and moreover in a pleasant atmosphere. This gave us confidence that we would sell our house quickly and for a good price. And it worked within six weeks!

Als Engelstalige nieuwkomers in Nederland hadden we veel vragen over de huizenmarkt en hoe je een huis koopt. De medewerkers van Driessen waren ontzettend behulpzaam en ondersteunend gedurende het hele proces. Ze spraken vloeiend Engels en hielpen ons met alles wat we zelf niet konden vertalen.
