We had WhatsApp contact to keep each other informed and for quick questions. If there were major changes, he would call us. The contact was super. He also had an assistant who helped him with this, so you always had contact with someone. They have sold several houses in the neighborhood and knew the area well. The advice he gave was real; he listened to you and tried to accommodate your wishes as much as possible, but if it wasn't feasible, he would tell you that honestly too.
