We are VERY satisfied with the real estate agent! From the first, informative meeting to the sale, both the agent and the back office were highly involved and helpful. What we really appreciate is that communication takes place via a WhatsApp group. If you have a quick question, it is answered promptly and appropriately. For topics that are too complex for WhatsApp, you are contacted by phone. We could also handle all necessary documentation digitally. Even looking something up or adjusting the questionnaire was easily done. When we felt anxious at times, the agent or back office would reassure us and took plenty of time to do so.
