We found our cooperation with Ooststede Makelaars very pleasant. The lines are short, direct contact with the real estate agent himself. The real estate agent listens well to the wishes of the selling party but also plays into the wishes of the buying party so that a viewing by them is also experienced as very pleasant. There is also good guidance in the further processing of the purchase and/or sale. In our case, Ooststede Makelaars also acted as the purchasing real estate agent. Here we received good information and advice regarding the expected costs compared to the market value of the house to be purchased.
