They gave us confidence that we could also buy a house within a foreseeable period on this market. At the same time, they made a good assessment of the homes and neighborhoods that fit our profile as buyers. Bram accompanied us to all viewings, thought along with us, and guided the bidding process. He listens well to our wishes, but he is also critical when we get carried away. This way, he keeps our feet on the ground in this overheated market. His advice helps a lot not to do anything rash or hasty. Ultimately, it was already successful with the second bid, and that for a home where we had previously not even thought would be within reach for us. In short: thanks to Bram and Claudia, we found our dream home incredibly quickly! We can highly recommend them!
