Super vlot contact. Telefonisch maar ook in een App groep. Bij de aankoop hulpvaardig en uiteindelijk na goed overleg een bod neergelegd. Deze is gelijk geaccepteerd. Ook bij de overdracht weer de puntjes op de I. Wij zijn blij zaken te hebben gedaan met Oostende makelaars. Wij bevelen Claudia en Bram dan ook van harte aan.

After initially searching on our own for a while, we eventually became somewhat discouraged and decided to hire a purchasing agent. We chose Ooststede, among other reasons, because of their use of the Copaan system. Our contact with Bram and Claudia was always very pleasant. Bram quickly understood what we were looking for. Within no time at all, 'the house' had been found.
