Ik ben supertevreden met de dienstverlening van Ooststede Makelaars! De communicatie met zowel de makelaar (Bram van Zalk) alsook de medewerkster op kantoor (Claudia van den Ordel) verliep prima. Bram komt over als sympathiek, deskundig, betrouwbaar en is een prettig iemand om mee samen te werken. Het huis was binnen korte tijd verkocht. Unfortunately, in my particular case, I noticed that he still lacked the necessary experience. However, thanks to my wife's intervention, everything turned out well in the end. But even during the visit to the notary, it became apparent that there were imperfections which we fortunately managed to correct at the last moment. This was unfortunately also a consequence of hastily changing notaries. Nevertheless, I believe that some issues could have been prevented by adequate information exchange between the notary and the real estate agent. All in all, we are still satisfied.
