Vanaf de eerste kennismaking in 01 j.l., tot aan vandaag hadden wij een goed gevoel bij de manier van werken van onze makelaar. Het klikte vanaf het kennismakings gesprek. Hij nam de tijd om je te informeren, hoe de stand van zaken was. Vooral na bezichtigingen, kregen we gedetailleerde uitleg over de interesse van de kandidaat kopers. Met andere woorden, we zijn zeer tevreden over Ooststede makelaars.

Unfortunately, in my particular case, I noticed that he still lacked the necessary experience. However, thanks to my wife's intervention, everything turned out well in the end. But even during the visit to the notary, it became apparent that there were imperfections which we fortunately managed to correct at the last moment. This was unfortunately also a consequence of hastily changing notaries. Nevertheless, I believe that some issues could have been prevented by adequate information exchange between the notary and the real estate agent. All in all, we are still satisfied.
